William Lemon and Ivan Zajicek Join Barclay Damon
Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Lemon practiced litigation at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Lemon will split his practice across the Health Care Controversies, Commercial Litigation, and Mass & Toxic Torts Practice Areas, capitalizing on skills acquired in his experience representing corporate entities in litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, including acting as liaison counsel for a joint defense group of more than 400 defendants.
Lemon graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School and served as a judicial extern for US District Court Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto.
Zajicek will concentrate his practice on energy, regulatory, and environmental law, advising on the regulatory requirements facing the firm’s energy clients and their businesses. Zajicek is experienced in conducting legal research, assisting in litigation, negotiation, case strategy development, and investigations, and preparing state and federal documents.
Zajicek graduated from Vermont Law School and worked as a summer associate at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP.
