Biography

Sheila concentrates her legal practice on assisting health care not-for-profits with operational, programming, staffing, fiscal management, and Medicaid-compliance issues. She prepares and reviews corporate-compliance handbooks; trains staff, social workers, and paraprofessionals on OMIG regulations; and reviews documents for compliance.
