Overview

Biography

Rosanna is the managing partner of Berardi Immigration Law, a boutique immigration firm in Buffalo, New York. Through a strategic affiliation between the firms, Rosanna serves Barclay Damon clients as immigration counsel, providing representation and guidance to firm clients in immigration and cross-border law matters. A former US Immigration and Naturalization Service immigration inspector and trial attorney, she has extensive experience handling emergency and complex cases, leveraging professional networks at agencies, embassies, and consulates around the world to benefit clients and bring cases to effective conclusions.

Rosanna represents businesses, colleges and universities, government entities, individuals, and not-for-profit agencies in all immigration matters, including corporate services and support; green card and US citizenship; marriage and cross-border relationships; working in the United States, including B-1 and B-2, E-1 and E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P, and TN status; and criminal waivers.
