Rosanna provides representation and guidance to clients in the complex areas of immigration and cross-border law. Rosanna is particularly skilled with emergency and complex cases, leveraging professional networks at agencies, embassies, and consulates around the world to benefit clients and bring cases to effective conclusions. Her experience includes several years as an immigration inspector for the US Immigration and Naturalization Service (legacy INS) agency and as a trial attorney for INS in New York City. She is a sought-after speaker and media source on immigration-related issues, including eligibility requirements, non-immigrant visa categories, numerical limits, and petition processes.

Rosanna represents businesses, colleges and universities, government entities, individuals, and non-profit agencies at every stage of the immigration process, including:
