Kristy Fischmann Joins Hiscock & Barclay as Associate in Syracuse
Syracuse, New York – October 16, 2014 – Hiscock & Barclay, LLP welcomes Kristy L. Fischmann as an Associate in the Syracuse office.
Fischmann will focus on white collar criminal defense and investigations, which she previously practiced in New York City at one of the nation’s largest law firms. She will also practice commercial litigation at the firm.
Fischmann graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Utica College of Syracuse University and summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, Kristy served as an Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. Kristy currently teaches Law of Economic Crime at Utica College as an Adjunct Lecturer. She previously taught a graduate course on Legal Concepts of Criminal Fraud & Corporate Criminal Liability.
