Hiscock & Barclay Women's Forum Business Networking Event a Success
Hiscock & Barclay’s Women’s Forum held its Second Annual Business Networking Event on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the American Association of University Women, Perkins Mansion. This year’s event, which attracted over 35 top-level female professionals in the Rochester area, focused on improving business networking and expanding personal contacts.
“The evening was a wonderful networking opportunity for the 35 women professionals we gathered together,” said Sheila A. Gaddis, Chair of the firm’s Diversity Partner Committee who spoke to attendees briefly and emphasized the firm's legal talent across multiple legal disciplines. “From our perspective, the mingling and socializing is an important component of our business and professional development. We certainly consider it a successful event,” said Gaddis. Attendees enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and wine tastings. The firm plans to host a third Women’s Forum Business Networking Event next year.
