Jennifer M.S. Byrne, of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP will be a co-presenter at a seminar on March 10 from 12 to 2 p.m., at the Onondaga County Bar Association’s (OCBA) offices. Byrne will discuss the recently enacted residential mortgage reform law that gives residential homeowners the opportunity to resolve their unpaid home loans and requires lenders to negotiate more affordable terms of those loans.
