Osterreicher, Of Counsel in Hiscock & Barclay’s Buffalo office, testified on December 3, 2014 in his capacity as General Counsel for the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) at a hearing convened by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet on H.R. 917, the Sunshine in the Courtroom Act of 2013.
