Erika Hauser Joins Barclay Damon’s Albany Office
February 14, 2017—Barclay Damon announces Erika D. Hauser has joined the law firm’s Albany office as an associate in the Tax and Public Finance Practice Areas.
Ms. Hauser represents clients in a range of types of transactions, including lending and borrowing arrangements, securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Her experience includes advising clients in the renewable energy industry on tax issues related to project financings and renewable energy credits.
Ms. Hauser graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School. While in law school, she was named a Sponsler Fellow, an honors teaching fellowship program available to only the top 10 percent of students, and she served as an extern for U.S. District Judge Mae A. D’Agostino. She received a B.S. from Fordham University.
