Dayter Rejoins Hiscock & Barclay Law Firm
Trial attorney F. Charles Dayter has rejoined Hiscock & Barclay, LLP as a Partner, and will divide his time working in both the Albany and New York offices of the Firm. Dayter was an Associate and later a Partner with Hiscock & Barclay from 1985 until 1995. His practice focuses on complex litigation and contractual matters including oil and gas leasing, carbon capture and sequestration, construction, fraud, personal injury, consumer deception, employment discrimination, breach of contract and entertainment. He has also represented numerous clients in defending investigations by the Office of the Attorney General.
Dayter is a graduate of Cornell University Law School (J.D., 1984) and the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (B.A., 1981, summa cum laude). Prior to rejoining Hiscock & Barclay, Dayter was a Partner in the Albany Firm of Adams, Dayter & Sheehan, LLP and most recently Of Counsel with Rosner & Napierala, LLP in New York City.
