Barclay Damon announces Bill Busler, of counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Health & Human Services Providers and Health Care Controversies Teams. His primary office is Buffalo.
Busler has over three decades of experience working in New York State government in both the legislative and executive branches, with particular focus on Medicaid payment, qualification, and coverage issues. He has extensive experience with Medicaid audits involving nursing homes, pharmacies, drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities, medical professionals, transportation providers, and assisted living programs (ALPs) as well as matters dealing with the exclusion of providers from the Medicaid program.
