Sharon Brown Profiled as Finalist for 2024 New York Legal Awards

Sharon Brown, diversity partner, was profiled by Law.com and New York Law Journal as part of her selection as a finalist for this year’s New York Legal Awards in the Diversity Initiative category. Winners will be announced in finalist categories and all honorees will be recognized at an awards dinner on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers.

Sharon is one of 11 finalists in the Diversity Initiative category. About the accomplishments she’s most proud of in the area of diversity and inclusion in the law, Sharon said, “I’m incredibly proud of our summer associate pipeline, which resulted in a 2022 class that was 60 percent women and 33 percent diverse; a 2023 class that was 53 percent women and 67 percent diverse; and a 2024 class that is 73 percent women and 67 percent diverse.”
