Rosemary Enright Elected Partner at Barclay Damon

BUFFALO, NY "” January 3, 2017 "” Barclay Damon LLP announces the election of Rosemary Enright to the firm's partnership.

Ms. Enright is resident in the firm's Buffalo office and is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Area. Her practice includes counseling and defending clients from a broad range of industries on matters such as employment discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, and workplace investigations. She also works with clients on drafting employment agreements, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, employee manuals and workplace policies and procedures.

Ms. Enright is a former senior executive whose background spans the for-profit and non-profit worlds and whose experience ranges from staff and management functions to executive and board positions. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the consulting, education, and operations divisions of a multi-national software company. She has extensive international experience, having managed teams in India and Asia, as well as in-depth knowledge of product management and development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Ms. Enright is a frequent speaker and presenter on a wide variety of labor and employment topics. She received a B.A., from Smith College and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
