Barclay Damon Announces 2025 Partner Elevations

Barclay Damon is pleased to announce five elevations to the law firm’s partnership. Jamie Dughi Hogenkamp, Amanda Fitzgerald, Ross Greenky, Ari Kwiatkowski, and Meaghan Murphy, all formerly counsel, have become partners, effective January 1.

Dughi Hogenkamp is a member of the Health & Human Services Providers and Health Care Teams and Corporate Practice Area. She advises health care and human services providers on matters relating to regulatory compliance, formation, corporate governance, affiliations, mergers, asset acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, and she serves as general counsel to not-for-profit entities throughout the Northeast. Dughi Hogenkamp is based in Albany.

Fitzgerald is a member of the Public Finance, Real Estate, and Financial Institutions & Lending Practice Areas and Tax Credits Team. She concentrates her practice on representing state and local issuers in connection with tax-exempt bond financing and industrial development agencies and local development corporations in connection with straight-lease transactions. Fitzgerald is based in Albany.

Greenky is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Area. He concentrates his practice on counseling employers regarding workplace issues, and he routinely handles audits and investigations from the NYS and US Departments of Labor and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Greenky also litigates employment-related matters in federal and state courts and before the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. He is based in Syracuse.

Kwiatkowski is a member of the Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials Practice Areas. She counsels businesses in investigating complaints of employee misconduct and discrimination and defends employers in discrimination-related matters before the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and in state and federal courts. In addition to her legal practice, Kwiatkowski is one of the hosts of Barclay Damon Live: Labor & Employment Podcast. She is based in Buffalo.

Murphy is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Corporate Practice Areas. She concentrates her practice on counseling individuals regarding estate planning issues, including drafting suites of documents for high-net-worth individuals facing estate tax concerns and assisting individuals concerned with protecting assets from long-term care costs, and she advises business owners on business succession planning issues and tailors plans to complement their respective individual estate plans. Murphy is based in Albany.
