Dennis McCoy's Second Circuit Win for Kenyon & Kenyon LLP Covered by Law360

Dennis McCoy, partner, and his team, which included David Hehr, Ryan Altieri, and Phil Bramson, won a malpractice suit filed against our client, Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, in the Second Circuit. Law360 covered the win in “2nd Circ. Deep-Sixes Malpractice Suit Against Kenyon Firm,” stating:

“The Second Circuit affirmed a federal judge’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP in a malpractice suit filed by Portus Singapore PTE Ltd., finding the defunct intellectual property law firm did not bungle Portus’ application for a video surveillance patent.”

Dennis said the decision is a “complete vindication.”
