Corey Auerbach, Land Use & Zoning Practice Area co-chair, was featured in the Buffalo Business First article “New Mixed-Use Building Planned for Grand Island.” Corey represents Triple S Development LLC, a Grand Island, NY, developer, in their plan to convert an existing one-story former warehouse into a $5 million three-story building. The building will house a restaurant or retail space on the ground floor and a total of 30 one- and two-bedroom apartments on the second and third floors. Corey said that construction on the project could start early next year.
Royal Car Wash of Rochester, another client of Corey’s, has been approved to build at 2760 Military Road in the town of Niagara. Construction on this project is slated to begin later this fall.
Corey was assisted by Ari Goldberg, associate, on both of these matters.
