Cook Alciati Featured in Law360 Article About Joining Barclay Damon

Cook Alciati, partner, was featured in the Law360 article “Another IP Team Joins Barclay Damon From DC Boutique.” The article, which references Barclay Damon’s press release, notes that Cook returns to Barclay Damon, bringing colleagues Michael Dorfman, also a partner, and Joseph Hodler, of counsel, from Gardella Grace PA, a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Washington DC.

Cook told Law360 about why he chose to pursue a practice focused on intellectual property and patent matters, why the team chose to move to Barclay Damon, and how the team’s addition will be beneficial to Barclay Damon and its clients.

“We focus all on litigation, largely, and so in any large litigation you’re going to need a team,” Cook said. “Michael brings a nice, deep, technical experience to it, Joe has a lot of experience on the ins and outs of discovery, litigation, and so it’s a nice sort of trio that covers all aspects of litigation.”
