Update: Barclay Damon's Efforts to Address COVID-19

To our valued clients,

As the world’s response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, our top priority is preserving the health and wellbeing of our employees and clients. We’re taking every necessary step to ensure our growing and vibrant team is safe as we continue to provide seamless service to our loyal clients––all of whom are addressing their own fast-moving challenges.

Barclay Damon built its platform over the past two decades through a strong, frequent investment in technology and a culture of continuous training and skill building. That work is  serving us well during this public emergency as we leverage technological tools and virtual practices to achieve greater social distancing while staying on top of our clients’ unique needs. As we scale up our virtual practice capabilities, our attorneys are equipped with the necessary technology to ensure legal services continue to be delivered smoothly and uninterrupted.

We’re also in regular contact with local, state, and federal authorities and are actively monitoring financial, regulatory, and court system developments while key practice groups stay updated on the latest legislative responses and risk developments. We’re hosting free webinars––including “NYS’s COVID Sick Leave Act and Mandatory Workforce Reductions” on Monday––and creating real-time legal alerts to educate clients on developing issues.

While the COVID-19 situation remains uncertain, Barclay Damon is still positioned to provide the same level of care and attention to our clients’ matters that has become the hallmark of our success. We’re in this together for the long run and will not waiver in our dedication to serving you and your organizations. We’d also like to extend our thanks to all of you who continue to inspire us with your own commitment to guiding your businesses, colleagues, and loved ones through this challenging time.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We hope you, your colleagues, friends, and family are and continue to remain safe and healthy.
