Biography

Margaret concentrates her practice on handling commercial real estate matters for clients ranging from individuals to not-for-profit corporations and national corporations. Additionally, she represents national banks and local credit unions in real estate-secured commercial financing transactions while also representing borrowers with conventional mortgage loans, construction loans, and commercial mortgage-backed securities.

Margaret represents clients in the disposition, acquisition, development, and financing of commercial properties. She routinely analyzes and examines real estate titles and assists clients with obtaining title insurance policies.
