Biography

Peter has more than 23 years of experience in all aspects of renewable energy development, energy transactions, and government procurement rules. He is highly knowledgeable regarding clean energy policies and programs, renewable energy credit markets, renewable energy and environmental attribute claims, and other renewable energy incentives and transactions. Peter also has a deep understanding of energy and capacity markets, the roles of the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO), and investor-owned utilities. He also has experience in handling regulatory matters before the NYS Public Service Commission and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).
