Michael focuses his practice on all matters relating to real property, with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. Additionally, Michael has experience representing property owners and developers for both renewable and nonrenewable energy leasing projects. In conjunction with real estate purchases, Michael also examines title and works with title insurance companies to issue and maximize title insurance coverage.
Michael’s practice also includes resolving disputes relating to property rights, including easement rights, riparian rights, ownership interests, land use, and municipal zoning matters. Additionally, Michael is versed in landlord-tenant matters, including eviction disputes and drafting and editing leases.
