Biography

Lynn primarily concentrates his practice on business law, counseling a variety of businesses and enterprises on growth plans and implementation, including capital formation, financing, and structuring; venture and angel funding; and network planning. He routinely handles matters involving leverage leasing, commercial real estate transactions, internet marketing, joint ventures, and software-development activities. Lynn has served as counsel to the NYS Senate Health Committee and the Public Authorities Committee.
