JackQuinn

Senior Advisor for Public and Community Relations

"Much of life and business is about relationships, and that's why it's so important to not 'burn bridges' in our careers, families, or day-to-day life."

Overview

Biography

A former US congressman for the 27th Congressional District and former Erie Community College president, Jack has over 40 years of experience in higher education and helps clients navigate the intricate and often complex issues that higher education and other community leaders face.

Jack began his career in the education field in the Orchard Park Central school district while working on his MBA. After five years of teaching and coaching, he entered a PhD program at the University at Buffalo with plans to become a principal and superintendent. These plans were halted when Jack was encouraged to enter politics and government, leading to his election as the Town of Hamburg councilman and town supervisor. Jack credits his work in local government as the most important training he received for facing challenges in the US Congress.
