Overview

Biography

Delaney focuses her practice on trusts and estates matters, including estate planning and administration, trust administration, asset protection planning, business succession planning, and probate. She assists individuals, families, and business owners in preparing for their future by using a variety of planning techniques. Delaney also guides individual and corporate fiduciaries through the trust and estate administration processes. To meet the needs of her clients, Delaney prepares various estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and health care proxies. 

Delaney has additional experience litigating guardianship matters and trust and estate-related proceedings.
