Overview

Biography

Celine assists clients in a wide range of industries—including consumer products, retail, products utilizing artificial intelligence, nonfungible tokens (NFTs), and web3—with protecting, transferring, and commercializing their intellectual property assets. She advises major tech companies on compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other global consumer protection laws. Celine negotiates and drafts a variety of IP and technology-focused commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, collaboration agreements, terms and conditions, and IP licensing agreements.

Celine stays current on global data privacy and content moderation bills to identify compliance concerns and develop impact litigation strategies. She has participated in proceedings before the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission and in regulatory matters before the United States Supreme Court and federal and global organizations, including the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the United Nations.
