Transactional Attorney Priscilla Escobedo Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Priscilla Escobedo has joined Barclay Damon’s Health & Human Services Providers Team and Corporate Practice Area. Her primary office location is New York City.

Escobedo concentrates her practice on representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions as well as with respect to their daily corporate governance and compliance matters. She has additional experience representing not-for-profit organizations. Escobedo’s clients span a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on health care providers. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Escobedo brings bilingual capabilities to her legal representation.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Escobedo was an associate at full-service law firms in New York City and Lake Success, New York, and in the New York City office of DLA Piper, a Global 200–ranked law firm.
