Hiscock & Barclay Attorneys To Participate In START-UP NY Webinar

Syracuse, New York - November 6, 2013 - Hiscock & Barclay's Kevin R. McAuliffe, David G. Burch and Angela M. Orlandella will give a special presentation on Wednesday, November 20 as part of MedTech's "START-UP NY Application Process and Planning Considerations" webinar.

The one-hour webinar will concentrate on planning considerations for university and college sponsors of tax-free areas and businesses applying for acceptance into the START-UP NY program. The discussion will center on the application processes for both sponsors and participating businesses, including an in-depth review of items both should concentrate on now to ensure strong applications and continued receipt of benefits in the future.

START-UP NY program regulations were recently released by New York State along with a technical memorandum explaining details of the program.

McAuliffe, Burch and Orlandella are part of Hiscock & Barclay's Project Development Practice Area and have focused experience on guiding businesses from start to finish through prior New York State economic development programs.
