Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Partner Robert Barrer spoke at the 2012 County Attorneys' Association of the State of New York Annual Meeting on Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, NY. His presentation addressed the disciplinary consequences of lawyer impairment.

Robert Barrer, resident in the Syracuse office, focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and tort litigation and ethics and professional responsibility.
