Health Care Transactional Attorney Michael O'Connor Joins Barclay Damon, Further Expanding Health Care Practice Group

Barclay Damon announces Michael O’Connor, of counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Health & Human Services Providers and Health Care Teams. His primary office location is Albany.

O’Connor brings over two decades of experience in health care law, including serving as general counsel for a multi-site health care entity with over 1,800 employees and $275 million in annual revenue. He is a highly regarded legal strategist with deep experience in transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
