Barclay Damon announces Thais Dombrowski, special counsel, has joined Barclay Damon in the firm’s Environmental, Regulatory, and Energy Practice Areas. Her primary office location is Albany.
Dombrowski brings extensive experience in environmental and energy law. She has advised on a wide range of regulatory issues, including New York Environmental Conservation Law, hazardous waste remediation, and New York and Connecticut public service law. Her background also includes legal research and negotiation in matters involving the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and various federal and state agencies.
Dombrowski brings legal experience from her roles as an associate at Hiscock & Barclay, now known as Barclay Damon, and at another full-service law firm in Albany. She also held legal internships with General Electric’s Department of Environmental Health and Safety and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
