Barclay Damon's NYC Office Lands Cullen and Dykman Litigator and Arbitrator Michael J. Lane

May 3, 2022—Barclay Damon announces Michael J. Lane, partner, has joined Barclay Damon’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Areas from Cullen and Dykman. His primary office location is New York City.

Lane has over three decades of experience trying cases, arguing appeals, and representing clients in a wide range of domestic and cross-border disputes involving commercial, securities, intellectual property, insurance, employment, and real estate issues. He has conducted international arbitrations for clients in Europe, North America, and South America, and he has acted as an arbitrator with the London Court of International Arbitration. Early in his career, Lane was an associate at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where he worked in the litigation group. Before joining Cullen and Dykman in 2013, he was as a partner at Anderson, Kill & Olick for over a decade. For most of Lane’s legal career, he has served as Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law.
