This move provides enhanced availability and responsiveness of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group and expanding Public Finance Practice Area to issuers, conduit borrowers, and lenders in New York City.

I will continue working with clients in Washington DC as well to travel firm-wide in my role as practice group leader to facilitate client-service initiatives and other firm priorities and growth opportunities."
Barclay Damon's Mission Housing & Community Development Industry Group (MHCD) is one current focus area for Everett and members of the Real Estate and Public Finance Practice Areas. The MHCD team assists developers of supportive housing in acquiring property and financing construction of multifamily rental housing throughout New York State and represents issuers and lenders in affordable housing projects funded with tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and governmental subsidies.
