Barclay Damon Adds Corporate Partner Greg Stoller

Barclay Damon announces Greg Stoller has joined Barclay Damon. Stoller, a corporate attorney, joins the firm’s Corporate Practice Area and Health & Human Services Providers Team. His primary office location is New York City.

Stoller concentrates his practice on representing public and private companies, including not-for-profit organizations, in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions as well as with respect to their daily corporate governance matters. He also represents issuers and investors in their securities, financing, and other legal matters. Stoller’s clients span a wide range of industries, and his health care provider clients include skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, diagnostic and treatment centers, home health care agencies, and adult homes, to name a few.

Stoller said, “I’m excited about sharing my corporate transactional experience with my new colleagues at Barclay Damon. I have a great deal of experience representing clients in various industries in sizeable acquisitions in the metro New York City area, and I have no doubt my practice will benefit the firm’s existing clients.”

He continued, “The firm’s extensive practice offerings and dedicated growth initiative in major market cities will be an attractive option for my clients, whose needs exist in several states and span various industries, including data security and technology, real estate, hospitality and food service, and health care, to name a few.”

Jeff Dove, Business Services Practice Group leader, said, “Greg’s extensive experience in the M&A space is a major boon for our Corporate Practice Area, which has over 60 highly skilled attorneys. Each of them has a unique skill set, and Greg’s experience will be a wonderful complement to the group. His experience with acquisitions and sales of health care entities will be of particular benefit to our Health & Human Services Providers Team.”

Connie Cahill, Barclay Damon’s managing partner, said, “We’re thrilled to add another attorney to our rapidly growing New York City office. With the addition of Greg, our New York City office has 32 attorneys whose practices range from corporate to trusts and estates to complex commercial litigation. Greg’s corporate transactional experience will benefit clients in our other major market offices in Boston, New Haven, and Washington DC as well as in our Upstate New York offices. And his clients will benefit from attorneys throughout the firm’s platform as well.”

Stoller added, “I’m looking forward to how my practice will become strengthened and eventually expand. I always strive to provide my clients with a one-stop-shop experience without compromising on quality of service, a value I share with Barclay Damon.”
