Larry Rabinovich Published in For the Defense on MCS-90 Endorsement

Larry Rabinovich, Transportation Team leader, wrote “The MCS-90 Endorsement and the Tripartite Relationship” for the online publication For the Defense. Larry said:

As if defending a trucking company in a tort case or a wrongful death suit was not challenging enough these days ... the task of a defense lawyer often develops another layer of complexity when the defense is paid for by the trucker's insurer, particularly when the insurer identifies a coverage issue that could result in a decision to deny coverage down the road.
