Corey Auerbach, partner, was recently interviewed by WIVB and WKBW regarding his representation of AL Asphalt as the company looks to open a hot asphalt plant on Camp Road in Hamburg, New York. The plan was met with opposition by several Hamburg residents, who voiced their concerns during the Town of Hamburg Planning Board meeting on Wednesday.
Auerbach noted the land is zoned correctly, and AL Asphalt has “already addressed the issues that are required by the town code.
