Brian Rich Recognized as Banking and Finance Attorney of the Year by Law.com

Brian Rich, partner, was named Banking and Finance Attorney of the Year at the 2024 New England Legal Awards hosted by Law.com. This event recognized the outstanding contributions and achievements made by legal professionals in New England. 

Brian represents some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions as well as local and regional clients. He handles a variety of business and commercial disputes, including contract claims, real estate litigation, contested commercial and residential foreclosure actions, mortgage resolution, unfair business practices actions, and fraud and lender liability claims. He has tried dozens of bench and jury trials to conclusion in both state and federal courts. Brian also regularly appears in the Connecticut Appellate Court, Connecticut Supreme Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

He frequently plans, executes, and presents at networking events for the Connecticut banking community that focus on topics like loan closings, legal lender fees, the Uniform Commercial Code, judgments, and lender liability and foreclosure, among others.
