The attorney should have a minimum of two years of experience in labor and employment law. Experience in higher education will be highly regarded but is not required. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar. Candidates must have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and to develop and execute service strategies.

Salary Range: $105,000 to $155,000.
This salary range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
