Health Care Regulatory Partner (Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse)

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking a junior-level partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance in health care law to join its Health Care Practice Group.

The attorney will represent sophisticated health care clients in a wide range of matters and will support and enhance a robust health care practice across the firm’s platform, with the opportunity to assume a leadership role in the group.  

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including regulatory work for health care clients. Strong demonstrated communication and negotiation skills are required. A portable and growing book of business, although not a requirement, is desirable.

New York State range: $150,000 to $200,000 (plus variable compensation, see below).

This salary range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of base compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses including variable compensation or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, individual financial performance/contributions, skill set, and office location.
