National Association of Pro Bono Professionals
Barclay Damon, LLP Partner Sheila A. Gaddis is the recipient of the National Association of Pro Bono Professionals’ 2012 Tanya Neiman Pro Bono Professional of the Year Award. Gaddis received the award on May 18, 2012 at the annual Equal Justice Conference, sponsored by the American Bar Association and the National Legal Aid and Defenders Association, in Jacksonville, Florida in recognition of her dedication to public service and equal access to justice.
Gaddis joined the Rochester office of Barclay Damon in 2007, where she is a member of the Healthcare and Human Services and Corporate Law Practice Areas. Gaddis leads the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion and Pro Bono initiatives, and is an active supporter of the firm’s Women’s Forum.
