Biography

Bob’s legal practice as a former partner and managing partner of a major corporate law firm led him to the business world, where he served as a senior executive officer of a diversified public corporation. With over 40 years of legal experience, Bob primarily concentrates his practice on matters involving strategic planning, the acquisition and divestiture of assets, capital formation strategies, and the integration of acquired entities into overall operations. He understands complex business needs and how to successfully implement strategies integrating legal, financial, human resources, and operational considerations.

Bob also has extensive experience counseling boards of directors on their governance and fiduciary responsibilities forming the context of today’s board decision process. This experience has also led to engagements to conduct sensitive internal investigations.
