John Canoni's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis in products liability, toxic tort, and business litigation matters. He has represented manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer goods, financial services and insurance companies in a wide range of personal injury, property damage, products liability, corporate governance, real estate, financial products and other commercial litigation matters. He has successfully tried cases before juries in state and federal courts and argued before state and federal appellate courts.

John has more than twenty-three years of litigation experience in product defect cases involving automotive, pharmaceutical, alcohol, personal care, food and toy products. He has an extensive background in mass tort actions involving claimed exposure to asbestos, chemical, silica and tobacco products.
