Jan Farr is an experienced negotiator who concentrates his practice in municipal and governmental law.

Representative Experience

  • Counsel for two upstate New York Counties, as well as other municipal and corporate defendants, as a negotiator for the St Regis Mohawk claim.
  • Negotiator in five-year settlement talks prior to denial of certiorari by the U.S. Supreme Court in Oneida Nation of New York v. State of New York.
