Franklin has more than 35 years of commercial law experience, assisting institutional, business, and individual clients in commercial collections, loan workouts, mortgage foreclosures, UCC Article 9 transactions, landlord and tenant disputes, litigation involving real property, and representation of secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases.

Following law school, Frank served for nearly five years as an assistant district attorney for Erie County, New York, and as assistant corporation counsel for the City of Buffalo.
