Franklin Heller has more than 35 years of commercial law experience and he has assisted institutional, business and individual clients in commercial collections, loan workouts, mortgage foreclosures, UCC Article 9 transactions, landlord and tenant disputes, litigation involving real property and representation of secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases.

Following law school, Frank served for four and one-half years as an assistant district attorney for Erie County, New York, and as an assistant corporation counsel for the City of Buffalo.
