Eileen Martin is the Chair of the firm's Immigration Practice Area and she has been concentrating her practice on immigration law for over 20 years. She is a licensed foreign legal consultant and assists individuals from around the world with various immigration matters, including visa issuance, port-of-entry issues, work permits, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers, and assessment of U.S. citizenship.

Eileen has experience working at the former U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, where she performed adjudications in the Buffalo District Office and inspections at the Niagara Falls and Toronto ports of entry. Eileen also served as a visa officer with the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo. Prior to joining the firm, Eileen was a partner at Hodgson Russ.

Eileen received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School. She also studied at the Matthias Concannon Study of Law Program in London, England. Eileen is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Erie County. Eileen also completed the Immigration Officer Basic Training Course at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
