Mahoney has joined the firm’s Buffalo office as an Associate. Mahoney is a member of the firm’s Torts & Products Liability Defense, Professional Liability, and Insurance Coverage & Regulation Practice Areas. Prior to joining the firm, Mahoney was an attorney at HoganWillig in Buffalo where he handled general litigation, medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
Mahoney is a graduate of Niagara University and SUNY Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Mahoney served as Executive Publications Editor for the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review and was a member of the Buffalo Moot Court Board.
Mahoney is a member of the Niagara University Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York.
