Mr. Barrowman advises clients in the areas of corporate law and financial transactions. He has experience in business formation, non-profit organization and family business succession planning with a present focus on the business needs of middle market clients.
Mr. Barrowman is a graduate of Hamilton College and Albany Law School. During law school he was a member of the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and was research assistant to former Dean Connie Mayer. He also graduated from the Tech Valley Leadership program and served on the Board of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.
