Naresh K. Kannan Joins Barclay Damon, LLP
SYRACUSE, NY – September 21, 2015 – Naresh K. Kannan has joined Barclay Damon, LLP as an associate in the firm’s Albany Office.
Kannan will practice in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, where he focuses on various aspects of intellectual property law with specific focus on patent prosecution and litigation. He spent 15 years working in computer networking, telecommunications and related areas, prior to his legal career. He is a named inventor on several patents related to computer and networking technologies.
Kannan graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School where he was named Sponsler Honors Fellow and served as a teaching assistant for the Federal Civil Procedure. He is admitted to practice in New York State and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
