Mark Welchons Joins Hiscock & Barclay, LLP in Affiliate Office
Mark E. Welchons joins Hiscock & Barclay’s affiliate office in Utica as Of Counsel. Welchons focuses his practice on corporate law, where he has experience handling various transactional matters.
Welchons is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School (J.D., 2009), and Cornell University (B.S., 2006). While at Buffalo Law School, Welchons was a research assistant to Professor Guyora Binder, and first place winner of the 2007 Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition. Welchons was a Summer law clerk for Hon. Jonathan W. Feldman, U.S. District Court, Western District of New York, and was a Summer intern at the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York.
