M&A lawyers busy with robust market

Corporate attorney Christopher Greene of Barclay Damon said he sees national transactional trends occurring in Western New York, especially in the health care field.

The firm, which includes an 11-office footprint, has been busy with mergers and acquisitions. Greene co-chairs the corporate practice.

He said that driving the activity is a combination of private equity firms with accessible cash and the trend toward consolidation of physician groups and affiliations among health care organizations.
