Kevin Glasheen Joins Hiscock & Barclay

Kevin P. Glasheen, former Counsel with National Grid, has joined the Albany office of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP as a Partner.

Glasheen worked with Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and National Grid for 18 years where he gained broad experience related to litigation involving electric and gas utilities as well as electric and gas utility operational issues. Prior to joining Niagara Mohawk in 1991, he was a partner with the Albany litigation firm of Pentak, Brown & Tobin.

Glasheen will focus his practice on various types of litigation in New York State and Federal courts. His practice areas will include commercial, real property, regulatory and tort defense litigation with a particular emphasis on public utility law.

Glasheen is a graduate of Boston College Law School and St. Joseph's Seminary and College. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he presently serves in the House of Delegates. Additionally, he is a member of the Albany County and Rensselaer County Bar Associations. Glasheen was also a former officer in the U.S. Army
