Partner John P. Lowe Jr. to Present CLE on Asset Purchase Agreements

Rochester, New York - October 7, 2013 - Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Partner John P. Lowe Jr. will be giving a Continuing Legal Education presentation from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on October 21 via teleconference through the National Business Institute.

The subject of the CLE is "Asset Purchase Agreements," and the program will be available afterward on a CD with a course book. The course is worth 1.5 credits in New York.

Lowe is part of the Corporate Practice Area and the International Business Practice Area at Hiscock & Barclay's Rochester office. With more than 25 years experience in business law, Lowe has concentrated his practice in mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, and business finance. He is coauthor of the American Bar Association's Model Asset Purchase Agreement with Commentary and Model Stock Purchase Agreement with Commentary Second Edition.
